Common questions
- A purchase isn't showing. Open Plan and tap Restore purchases. Subscriptions bought on the website appear after signing in with the same account.
- Delete my account. Account → Delete account removes your profile, passport, history and messages. Store subscriptions are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings.
- The identification looks wrong. The model gives probabilities, not certainty. Check the look-alikes and the online second look, and never eat a wild mushroom on the strength of an app; only a human expert can confirm an identification.
- Promo codes. Redeem them on the Plan page; each account can use a code once.
